Our Company offers Office Cleaning services to our existing clients that currently utilize our residential Cleaning Services and would like to utilize our services in their office environment.

Our Service includes the following:

• Dusting and cleaning of all furniture, bookcases, filing cabinets, shelves, chairs and reception furniture
• Dusting/Wiping of wall hangings and ornaments
• Dusting/Wiping all electronics
• Wiping and sanitizing telephones, switches and door handles
• Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom areas if applicable
• All Floor surfaces vacuumed, washed and polished
• Wastebaskets emptied

Additional Services Offered:

• Window Cleaning
• Blind Cleaning
• Wall washing

Cleaning frequency can vary and will ultimately be dictated by our clients, but it will ultimately depend on a number of factors such as;

• Time of year. During the winter months all floor surfaces and especially carpets are subject to increased soiling as a result of gravel and salt that is applied to exterior walkways and parking lots.
• Location of office. Office is located within a building, or it is located via direct access to the outside.
• The number of staff and how much traffic the office is subject to on a daily/weekly basis.
• The type of activity/work that is performed. If the office has a shop industrial area attached it may be subject to more airborne contamination as a result of doorways being accessed.
